Anybody got a killer recipe for wild turkey breast? Something that doesn't involve gravy preferably because my kids won't touch anything with gravy

Cut into nuggets, soak in buttermilk, batter, deep fry. This! I batter mine in the Zatarain's fish fry batter with a little lemon pepper added in, and then make home made special sauce (mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire, garlic salt , black pepper) for dipping.

cut across the grain of the breast into 1”x1” chunks, dust in Zatarain’s chicken fry, heat peanut oil in cast iron chicken fryer to 380 F, drop nuggets in for 1:30, pull & dip in Frank’s hot sauce & chase it with a beer & chips

Use the search function. I've posted several things on here, regardless of your intended, you won't regret a 18-24 hour brine.
