Rather than revive an old post I figured I’d start a new one.
I’m still looking for 300-4000 acres in either Butler, Wilcox or Lowndes Counties. Preferably no further than 30min from the Greenville area. This will be for personal use and not for a “club” as to I already have two clubs that I’m part of in the general area. If you know of anything coming up, please feel free to shoot me a PM. Thanks.

You could buy a chunk of land for the same payment as you will pay to lease 4000 acres. Just something to think about. Maybe OP means 3 or 4 HUNDRED acres? Dr. B
