Amazing to see both of them crammed in there like that. They turned out well. Brisket looks fantastic. They were tight....the brisket was laying over 2 foil covered bricks because it was too long, but it shrunk up in a couple of hours and I could lay it flat. You can get an extra grate that stacks above the original one so you can do a brisket and 2 butts with plenty of room.
