So.......we needed a brisket for our sonโ€™s engagement party and a butt for Easter lunch.
Both turned out like butter.
Pretty good load for a Large BGE......gonna get me one of those stacking things.

They were tight....the brisket was laying over 2 foil covered bricks because it was too long, but it shrunk up in a couple of hours
and I could lay it flat.
You can get an extra grate that stacks above the original one so you can do a brisket and 2 butts with plenty of room.
