Trying to go healthier I fried some breaded chicken in the air fryer. I forgot to spray with cooking oil but turned out great anyways. It was very dry and crisp which the sauce helped with. The chicken itself was juicy.

15-20 minutes on highest setting, 400 I think. I flipped them about halfway when I took the pic. Checked with thermapen at 160 and let rest.

That looks really nice. Extra bonus points for the shaved parm.

I need to get an air fryer, to replace our toaster oven, but I want one that doubles as a toaster, a toaster oven, and an air fryer.
