Any suggestions on a Arkansas/Missouri guide service? Is it still as many as you can shoot per day? I know duck hunting has gone to crap what about snow/specks ? I hunted them several times years ago and it’s nothing like a few hundred dropping in on a spread

Plenty of snows south of Jonesboro in mid January but not nearly as many as past years. Only place I saw them tornado in to a field was near a rice silo where loading/unloading of grain had been done.

The big feeds were down around Brinkley area, but that's been over a week ago, this cold weather may have moved them again. I got a bunch of pics from the MS levee in tunica last week and there was a monster roost there.

They'll be in Arkansas at least thru the next warm up.

We haven't been seeing many juvies but working enough to keep it interesting.

BTW- specks are closed. The few guiding outfits I've talked to were booked out for weekends. Don't know about during the week.

Dirty Bird Outfitters. 2 lodges in AR. They’re knocking down big numbers right now. We’ll be there next week.

You might could squeeze in on a hunt this year. Hit em up.

Heard some reports over the last week. Lots of geese between Stuttgart and Brinkley. NE Arkansas is not seeing many yet and those that are there have very few juveniles. The continued warm up may begin to push them up.

Water everywhere and frog-strangling rain still coming down. Saw 4-5 feeds this afternoon near Beedeville AR. Two were large. Others were small-medium. Left when the tornado warning went off around 230.

The number of birds in NE Arkansas over the past few days is staggering. More juvies showed up. Had a few good days. Haven't seen that many there in a long time. I'd guess that Arkansas will be over soon based on the nonstop flights going north the last few days. Missouri should already be on fire.

Saw a huge flock of geese outside of Saint Louis Mo. There were a lot of geese and cranes flying over my daughters house near Sedelia during the blizzard.
