If I plant millet can I cut it down and use a hay rake to move it all over to a patch of bare dirt beside it. Then I would disk up the spot where I cut the millet and top sew wheat.

^^^^that, just bush hog and over-sow, or just run a drag or disk through it, just barely cutting, as it stands, and over-sow all of it....I’m no pro farmer, but just what I’ve seen work best for dove fields. Millet is better than just about anything, especially knocked down or burned where they can get to the seed heads.
