Any sent back a cell camera by moultrie to have fixed? As usual i cannot find my dang receipt for that sucker......

I’ve got 2 that I bought in August and both are not working properly now. I need to do the same and I know I don’t have a receipt.

My camera messed up last week. Finally found where I took a picture of the receipt. Will be sending it back tomorrow. I’ll let you know.

They say do not take them back to the store but I got smart and saved the box and receipts so every time one craps out I take it back to Walmart or acedemy and try again. I had terrible luck with their piss poor customer service

Bought a cheap spin feeder from them, put it all together, put corn in it and went to set the times. Set the times and spinner would not kick on. I had to take the spinner off which is easy due to the quick lock design, but out came about 100 lbs of corn. Debating If I should take it apart and fix it myself or send it back. Can’t be much to those little electric motors. Somethings probably loose inside. I’ll be following this

Just got the refurbished camera back. Pretty pumped about the turnaround. I’ll have it setup tomorrow night.

Piss poor at best is how good there customer service is

Been waiting 3 weeks to get them to call me, last time i talked to someone over the phone she said to respond to the email when i had my cam in front of me, i did that and cant get them back on the phone, they suck
