I put some rub on them them this morning, and let them sit in the fridge uncovered all day. Then I threw them on the egg for about an hour at 300°. I followed that with a short trip to the fry daddy to get them extra crispy. After the wings came off, I cranked up the heat a little, and threw on some fresh bacon wrapped back-strap. We ate good tonight
