Dingle Johnson Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 22,677 Lickskillet, AL	I took some of the smoked turkey we cooked for Thanksgiving II and chopped it up and put it on some French bread, added some extra sharp cheddar and some strawberry jam, then I dipped the sandwiches in whipped eggs and cream, and then fried them in butter in the cast iron skillet. It's basically a smoked turkey and cheese French toast sandwich and it was most excellent. File this under fun stuff to do with leftover turkey...
