Throw yalls recipes/rubs/injections out there.
I'm thinking creole butter injection and mixing some cajun seasoning in butter and slabbing on skin before frying. Do yall think the butter on outside will make it burn with the water content? I've heard just straight up frying won't provide a crispy skin which I think is insane.
Who all frying a Turkey this Thanksgiving?
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I fry 3-4 every year. We experimented with injections, and melted butter/Tony’s is the best. Inject, let the butter solidify, then fry. Skin gets crispy just fine. Butter solidifying is a good idea! Thanks
