How do y'all keep the bugs(aphids I guess) killed in your turnip greens and kale this time of year? I just really don't like the idea of spraying poison right on greens and eating them soon after. I have to soak them in it to kill them because most are under the leaf. What do y'all do?

I use liquid sevin and wait a couple of days to pick and the wash well.

Holes in the leaves? If so, it's probably cabbage loopers. Dipel dust will kill them and is natural. It's Bt.

I did have some cabbage loopers on my cabbage and collards. I think I got them killed before they destroyed my cabbage. The bugs on my turnip greens and kale are more like aphids. On the bottom of the leaves.
