Anyone ever ML the whole season ?
I did a few years ago and did good as I normally would with modern rifles
Killed a couple decent bucks and a lot of hogs

When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself

I will early in the season. When it is wet I'll shoot something else.

I did in 2010. I think I killed three does with a bow that year and I took my ML the rest of the season. Kill a few more does and a very nice buck. I’ve hardly taken it since.

My fields are so small - I should try it - my Knight has the best trigger of any gun I got. Very light trigger I really like

Taking that whole early muzzy season and another week of muzzy on
a local WMA. Oh, and another 3 day season at yet another WMA.
Be using my TC Hawken and TC Hunter boolits.

I must add that, this may be the only times I hunt deers.

I did when I first moved here. Used a cva optima and got 3 in AL and 1 in NC that year. I think I’m only doing bow and flintlock for this years entire season.

I’ve come to realize that the more limited of a weapon I use, the bigger the deer I see.
