looking for a pet safe insecticide for our kennel, mostly ants coming up on the concrete & getting in the food bowls. Any ideas?

Permethrin is what is in flea/tick prevention. I spray the perimeter of the kennel, let dry before letting the dogs around it.

I prefer to use petnation port-a-crate indoor and outdoor home for pets. Just view https://pawsnose.com/best-indoor-dog-kennels

Check Bifen out. It's safe around pets and kills/repels 75 different kinds of bugs. You can order it from do it yourself pestcontrol. It's cheap and it works.

I use Temprid around my home. I asked one of my research colleagues on the pest control side and that’s what he recommended. Started using it last year for roaches mainky, but also fleas (3 dogs and I cat) and spiders. It worked very well. Also effective on termites.
Can get it on domyown.com

A little goes a long way.
