Fixed my stove and my tractor yesterday. Who knew that I would end up having to take the side panels off, the alternator out, drain the radiator, cut off the bottom radiator hose all just to get the damn fan belt installed on a 1980 Yanmar tractor. I had a few choice words for the engineers of that chit show before it was over. Finally when all that was over I deserved a good cigar and a little Wild Turkey 101. We were having a meeting of the Thompson Gap Cigar Yesterday evening with 5 members in attendance around my buddy's outdoor fire place. Well... Low and behold when I got back about 2100, Mrs. Irish was whipping this fine meal up for her Momma and I.

I was full when I got through, but I went over to the stove and picked up a cube steak and just stood there over the stove running it through that gravy and eating it. Damn it was good.

As usual, looks great.

Hell... I figured venison cube steaks, would get everyone's attention...

Got mine... my mom used to cook the best fried cube steak, gravy mashed taters, and cabbage! Oh my dad and I used to hurt ourselves.
We did a drunken chicken, taters, and Brussel sprouts tonight. I can’t even screw up a drunken chicken! 😂
Baby dolls making a pot of deer 🦌 chili for later in week when we don’t wanna fool with anything. Kinda hot this week for chili? Oh well my thermostat drops down to 67 at 5:00 in afternoon.
