One way I like it is with a cup of yogurt, sliced bananas and a dollop of PB. Give it a light mix and dip with a graham cracker.

I like Jiffy cornbread.

Well- as my dad use to say, "greeeaaate daaay"! You've always seemed like a decent dude on here even though I don't know you. I'll have to hold this mayo comment against you. One simply does NOT mix mayo & peanut butter.

Bananas
Crunchy Peanut butter
Honey
Wheat bread
Butter it all on the outside
Grill it in cast iron like a grilled cheese sandwich

Eat it with a big glass of ice cold sweet milk.

Great for breakfast.

It's like a dessert.

I do this often. It's better to me if you mash the bananas and peanut butter together in a bowl and then apply to the bread. It's definitely always seemed more like a dessert to me, but I've always eat it like to main dish. laugh

I like both PB and Mayo on my sammich but mostly just stick with PB these days due to the healthy Mayo like stuff the wife brings home. When I was a youngster living at home I would spread Mayo on one slice of bread and PB on the other. I'd even get wild with it and make a triple decker sometimes. laugh
