What Irish guy said - great if u put in skillet Bananas Crunchy Peanut butter Honey Wheat bread Butter it all on the outside Grill it in cast iron like a grilled cheese sandwich Eat it with a big glass of ice cold sweet milk. Great for breakfast. Great for breakfast. It's like a dessert. I do this often. It's better to me if you mash the bananas and peanut butter together in a bowl and then apply to the bread. It's definitely always seemed more like a dessert to me, but I've always eat it like to main dish.
