Don't sweat it.Last year we were getting pretty much nothing as far as batchelor groups and nothing decent age/rack wise during summer/fall.As far as pics go it was the worst I have ever seen.Ended up seeing many more, and much better, bucks than I have ever seen on my place. Its always fun to see the pics but whats important, at least for me, is where they will be the last two weeks of January, which is the sweet spot on my property.

One side of my property will have zero bucks on it unless it’s a spike or knot head. The other side 4-8 bucks in summer. Only 200 acres.

These bucks have still not shown at my camera, it’s an old road in some hardwoods next to planted pines.
I know there somewhere had them on camera last February

If you have does, the bucks will be there. Keep in mind that picture is showing a really small piece of ground. There could a buck twenty feet away every time the camera takes a picture and you'd never know it. If you have a camera you can put on plotwatcher looking over a field and spread your corn out, sling it out, don't put it in a pile. You'll get a better idea what's around that way. Set it taking a pic every five minutes

One side of my property shows way more bucks than the other side

I got one field that is dominated by bucks but my big field is more a hoe only plot

Most of the bucks are still in their late summer bachelor groups from what I have seen.

I get tons of pictures of good bucks in the summer (daytime) and all the way up to a few weeks before the rut (at night). I get almost no pictures of does during this time. It has become apparent that this property is a mature buck haven but not a good place to try to kill a mature deer. They have to leave to search for does during the only period you might get a crack at one. My point is having good numbers of does and few bucks on camera now is not necessarily a bad thing. Depends on what type of property is around you.

I'm seeing bachelor groups of 3-6 bucks now. When they split up you'll stand a 3-6 times chance of seeing a buck.

Where bucks are in Jan and Feb is generally vastly different from where they are in Oct and early November. It’s just a fact and probably why you’re not currently getting pics of the bucks you were seeing toward the end of the season last year.
