I have never owned a TC but I have always wanted one I am wanting to know do the rifle and shotgun barrels interchange? Like I want my 308 rifle and 20ga turkey gun in one bundle! Is this possible or do they make shotgun version and rifle version?

One receiver for all calibers/gauges. You have to have different forearms for some of them if I’m not mistaken but that usually comes with the barrel

For what you want, make sure you get an encore and not a contender. You will need a shotgun and rifle forearm as mentioned.

The barrel-changing novelty wears off quick, unless you’re traveling or something. For best accuracy, you have to manage your for end contact and keep consistent screw torque when re-mounting rifle barrels. I just leave mine dedicated to whichever, now....receivers are about as cheap as spare barrels.
