My SIL bought some climbing spinach. I never heard of it so I looked it up today. It normally grows in southeast Asia, Africa, etc... Hot weather plant. She planted it for a fall crop. It's not gonna make it.
That brings me to the point of my post. That is the nastiest tasting crap I've ever tried. It's not spinach and not even close.
