Last year I couldn't hunt,so I loaned my CVA Optima to a friend.
He shoots left-handed.
I shoot right handed.
So. I was going to remove the hammer spur from right to left.
I broke it off trying to unscrew it.
Today I took it to the shop and extracted the threaded part out or the hammer
I found out it has left hand threads.
Not really a big problem,as they make new ones.
Just saying. If y'all have the same setup and decide to take the spur out.
You may find left hand threads.
It seems they make them both left and right.
At least the replacement ones I've found can be either left-hand or right hand threads.
