For the last couple of years I've leased approximately 145ish acres (3 sides Tuscaloosa TNF) to camp and hunt deer/hogs on. I have no interest in hunting turkey's and would like to explore offering a turkey "membership". Are there any general price per acre norms by county/parcel size that I could use as a baseline? I would assume that a host of variables exist so I'm looking for generalities or conservative ranges. I appreciate any guidance as this is a foreign concept for me.

Most good turkey woods are usually around $3 + - / acre for exclusive rights. Turkey memberships would be a good bit less
