In a instapot is the way to go! 1lb of peanuts with 1/2 cup of salt. Throw in your water. A little less salt if you prefer. They’ll be ready in an 1-1 hr 10 mins.

Yep, I got an instapot two years ago and the first thing I did was boil peanuts.
In one hour you can have the best peanuts you ever tried.

What setting do you use on your instapot? New to using an instapot.

Why would you want to rush boiling your peanuts? When are you supposed to drink beer?

I use the steam setting, and put 60 minutes on the timer.
Close the whistle valve and release the pressure after 60 minutes.
It'll take several minutes to vent, so don't place it under your cabinets or anywhere you don't wish to be salt steamed.

It's not rushing. It's called expedited. And you can drink beer while enjoying those delicious morsels.

Because drinking BEER and eating boiled peanuts is a whole lot better than drinking BEER and watching peanuts boil.
