Everyone that hunts is looking for that same lease and has been for the past 15-20 yrs. You can be pretty much assured that you won't find a piece in that area that is publicly advertised. If, those leases turn over, it is by word of mouth only and the mouths involved are completely sealed. Best advice I can give is to join a club in the area youre interested in and get to know the locals and begin establishing relationships.
