I know some were butt hurt over bump stock. There are several items on this webpage that achieve the same rate of fire.

As I've explained on multiple occasions, saying we were "butthurt" over the bump stock is being intellectually dishonest. What we were "butt hurt" over was the abuse of power and the extremely dangerous precedent that it set. It had ZERO to do with the bump stock itself. They're stupid and useless and, in my PERSONAL opinion, a complete waste of money. But "reclassifying" them as a "machine gun" so as to retroactively ban them is absurd and dangerous.

That and if we had decent courts and judges anymore, it’d probably get thrown out on its ear.....but then so would the NFA, etc.

You know, the fact that a small handfull of posters here seem to continually bring up how many of us were "butt hurt" about the way Trump went about banning bumpstocks, and do so in a condescending manner, leaves me with no other conclusion than they themselves are perfectly fine with a president abusing his power to ban certain firearms or firearms components simply because he "doesn't like them one bit". I can only assume that these same posters are the kind of people that make statements like:

"I'm all for the 2nd Amendment, but...."

or

"Nobody needs a ______ anyway"

or

"I don't care if they take away those tupperware rifles, as long as they don't come for my bolt-action .30-06 and pump-action shotgun"

or

"I'm ok with gun registrations because I ain't got nothin' to hide"

Oh it's coming, you can bet the farm. And it won't just be a "no new sales", they'll ban the possession of them and require you turn them in or become a felon, even though they were perfectly legal when you bought one....just like the bump stock BS.

Probably so. Sure wish y'all had been there when I turned in my Striker 12. It held 12 whole rounds. shocked I mean if that's not a destructive device what is, right? Semi-auto piece of danger if I ever owned one.

This been going on for a long time. The ATF under Clinton and the First POS Bush, beloved swamp rat George H Bush..... was hostile. Big time.

Join the NRA. If Biden gets in we're in for worse trouble than a bump stock ban.

Screw the NRA. It was their idea to ban them.

Yet a Saiga 12 is legal with a 20 round drum. As a law abiding citizen I should be able to own any weapon I want to defend myself or family.

Saw a meme recently, wish I could find it now..........asked what you thought the 2A should mean and the response was a pic of an AC-130 Spectre Gunship with "FOR RENT - $5000/hour" painted down the side.

$5000 an hour would be cheap to rent one of those.

I would rather rent a warthog. 😀

The minute the Democrats get control of both houses we are TOAST. Wave to me while we are in line turning our guns in.

I've got a nickle .25ACP I'm going to have to give them.

Hate to see that rough rider .22 revolver go.

You damn right. My bird was $12000/flight hour in maintenance alone. That doesn't include the Cpl on the ramp opening with the 240.

The ban on bumpstocks was a seriously bad precedent to set. Like has been said before. But then again, you're only a felon if you get caught.
