I'm going to have three camper lots available. They are located about 5 miles from Jackson off walker springs rd on Allen-walker rd. Its about 15 mins to grove hill . The lots have 30 amp hook up, water and sewer .The lease runs September to September. It's family oriented ,some drinking ok but not a party spot.Lot rent is based on total renters ,with all lots full its been $480 per year .If I don't fill all spots we all will absorb the extra cost.
