Excellent comparison. The Micro Midas has a slightly shorter LOP than the Model7 but they are very much cut from the same cloth as far as being a lightweight, compact hunting rifle. I (my son) has a 7mm-08 in a short length of pull stock, and “borrow” it sometimes when I use a climber. When I have heavy clothes on I appreciate having that short length of pull trying to twist to all kinds of angles.
