Some local left wing loon has organized a protest in Scottsboro. It got out on the interwebs and there's supposed to be out of town agitators coming in. I guess we're a good small town target , (for y'all that don't understand why google Scottsboro Boys). Many of the stores on and near the court house are boarded up with plywood. There were a few folks doing a TV interview this morning next to the statue of Old Hickory. Don't know if it'll be Scottsboro , but they keep pushing this in small town USA , blood will flow and lives will be lost. Of course that's what the leaders of the agitators want , they'll sacrifice a few foot soldiers for the cause.

Don't know if it's tonight or tomorrow. I've seen several Trump flags and Confederate battle flags in trucks today around town. Couple truck loads of Hill Billies out of the holler show up , could get rough . I think I'll shelter in place.

I hear it's been standing room only in there for several days, guns and ammo flying off the shelves . I guess they'll be sheltered in the store.

I think you are right. If they intentionally keep "poking the bear" in rural areas, the bear will eventually have enough and get pissed and when that happens, someone is, or several are, going to get bit and it's not going to be pretty.

I didn't even go by there today, I had to go around part of the square today , but not their side . Hammer's is boarded up , store takes up 1/2 a city block , looks strange.

Don't know if the out of towners are legit . I got some good info from some knows him and he claimed a group from Florida , but may be BS on his part. Either way he's got everyone on edge.

Watching the story on 48 now, he said he's canceled it since out of towner's coming . He said they were gonna do a march from Scottsboro Boys Museum , so there's that. He said there were a lot of out of towner's wanting to come and he also received a bunch of threats.

Welp Ch 48 reported the march organizer had received 20 threats and it’s been cancelled.

Supposed to have been a protest in Butler today at 4pm, but when I rode through town at 3:55 there was about 5 people on the courthouse lawn.
Allegedly, ANTIFA was supposed to be passing through town during the protest on their way to Meridian.
All the businesses around the courthouse square were closed, but nothing was boarded up.

We had a lone Looney white man protesting blm downtown Prattville earlier

This could be "the one" where an organizer gets sent to Hell where he's needed.

Someone who lives in the square told me they’ve seen tags from a lot of states in town today. Most of them sporting Trump flags.
