Would anyone on here be interested in hiring someone to come and plant food plots, clean up roads, establish new plots, or really anything of the sort that hunting property needs? I know that this is enjoyable for most but is also an inconvenience for some. I currently do this locally as a side job but am considering an expansion and offering services across the state and into Ga. if the work is out there. The services would include mowing(bush hogging), PH testing, pelletized lime applications, fertilizing, planting, applying herbicides, trimming shooting lanes, trimming and clearing roads. If there is anything else you guys and gals think would be good to offer please let me know. If any are interested please let me know, any tips or info is wanted. Thanks

What is a sponsorship application? I’m new to the site, I figured this would be a good platform to seek information.

Thanks Morris, I’m not trying to advertise a business, I do not have a business I’m just trying to figure out if there is a market for this type of business.

These two quotes don't seem to agree with one another.

I mean I do plant food plots now for friends and hunting clubs around the house but it’s not a business. It’s kinda like cutting your neighbor’s grass for $50 and then asking other people if I start cutting grass would you be interested in hiring me? Does that make sense?

Dam if this place hasn’t became all about money. Guy can’t even ask something without getting told to ask permission. Just a guy asking for some advice and insight it seems to me. Y’all kissing skinny’s ass to much.

I think the demand is certainly there. The problem as o see it is that the “window” to plant is usually very brief and would make it hard to make any real money. Particularly over a large area

Been done before. 7-8 years ago there was a franchise you could buy. Plots Plus or something like that. Don’t think they’re around anymore. Not sure how it could be a business model that would succeed given expenses versus what folks are willing to pay. Good luck! laugh

Most people want food plots like on Tv the first year. Most don’t understand Soil PH and you can’t control the weather. I got into it fairly heavy and have cut back to our own and a few close friends. The road work is more profitable and less of a headache. IMO

People won't pay what it's worth. You'll work yourself to death and rack up more expenses than profit.
