How many of you are NRA members?
How many times a week do you get something from NRA either in the mail or on your computer?
I am hoping they are doing good but dang you can ride a horse but so far before he dies.

I hear you can request to be placed on a do not solicit list. I had dropped my membership because of the harassment but feel guilty for not being a member. I'm gonna try once more with the request they not continuously bother me.

Life member and get occassional mailings from them. Use to get phone calls from them frequently...I kept track of the calls a while back, and in the span of a week, they called 5 times. Each time, I'd politely ask to not be called again. The final time, I let them know in a not so polite way to not call again. I haven't received a phone call from them since.

I was a member for probably ten years, but dropped it about 6 or 7 years ago. They just got unbearable with the amount of junk mail and particularly the phone calls. At one point the NRA-ILA was calling three times a day 6 days a week (I didn't answer the phone when I saw them on the caller ID). If I made a donation it wouldn't be a month before they would start calling again.
I asked them several times to stop and they wouldn't. I finally threatened to quit them if they didn't stop. They didn't quit, so I did. After four years the phone calls finally stopped. And even now I still get mail from them every so often.
