i figured there would be a few openings somewhere in SW Alabama. I already hunt 2 places within 10 minutes of where I live just looking to see what maybe out there if would be something I might be interested in being apart of.

Most places won’t come up for grabs until after Turkey season. With this virus there probably will be a lot of stuff come up that people can’t afford right now
I figured I was a little early in looking since most leases aren’t due to be paid yet. I was thinking the same as You about the virus affecting hunting leases being able to be paid.

I imagine you are correct and with what we are currently going thru there will be more normal coming available.

I have not found what I am looking for yet. I will put a little better description of what I am looking for in Hope it helps. I am looking for a lease that has a decent hunter to land ratio...At least 200 acres for every hunter. I am looking for a lease that has member with the mindset and actually carry out on shooting bucks that are at least 3.5 years old. My personal standard is I will only shoot a buck if I know I am going to mount it. I need a camphouse to stay in if the property is further than an hour’s drive from Central Baldwin County- Spanish Fort area. My budget is $3000 for membership dues. Please PM. Thanks!
