What I do know is there are two different small business loans available that will help reduce layoffs and keep small businesses from suffering as much. 4% or less rate fixed for 10 years. The one passed and signed today has a full loan forgiveness portion if the loan is used for several specific purposes: paying salaries, paying contract workers, paying business rent, debt service or insurance...CPA to certify funds used and entire loan will be forgiven ...the available business loan is set at 2.5 months of total business salaries/wages paid based on last 12 months...4% loan for 10 years that can be forgiven if money spent in qualifying manner.
Cash flow is King right now. Every business needs cash flow even if a loan with great terms.

No potential for abuse in that. Now who would abuse a government program?? Surely not! But there's also potential for small businesses to take out loans that they are responsible for paying back to get much needed cash flow in order to save the business from going under, laying off employees and all the bad trickle down economics that occur. That's a good thing. But like most legislation, it's full of potential problems too.

So what to expect for 18 and 20 year olds working part time and going to college that live at home? I assume you claimed them on your taxes last year. If so and you and your wife filed jointly and made under $150K. then they will add $500 each to your check for a total of $3400. If they filed their own taxes then they will get $1200 but you will lose whatever deduction you got for them on your taxes. My situation is similar but my daughter graduated in Dec so we can't claim her anymore but we did last year so we'll get credit on our relief check. That is the way I understand it but the accountant will have the final say soon when we get them the paperwork from last year.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

don't know why this is being discussed , there is no relief bill, some idiot from KY> has the bill stopped because he don't like it , if I was TRUMP, id make sure no checks ever go to any one in KY> , if there ever is any relief checks !!!!!! The congressman from Kentucky was doing his constitutional duty that he took an oath to uphold. It’s a damn shame that all the republicans don’t think like him. A true fiscal conservative.

I think it is going to be limited and paid based on individual filers of income tax returns in 2018. No 2018 return, no check, based on what I have seen. That's a good way to do it. Although I wish they'd just return the check I wrote them in 2018... Or use 2019 taxes if already filed so my daughter can be included on dat "free" money. They are using the 2019 tax info you turned in. If you didnt file in 2019 then they are using 2018 info. I cant believe people just assume everyone is getting free money. Thats money they stole from the ones who worked for it. The ones who didnt work aint getting squat.

The payment will be received according to your 2019 bank info that you filed on your tax refund or payment. 2018 info if no 2019 tax history. Its on the news everywhere. Direct deposit if that's the way you filed your 2019 taxes to get your refund or payment. They say 3wks. Longer for paper checks. Lools like we will get a 2nd draw as well 6wks after the 1st agreement. Cause they done closed schools for the year. News said we get a 2nd wave of checks at 6wks if we are still shut down. It aint looking good.

So 25mil for congressional salary and expenses divided by 465 members of Congress equates to a $53,763.44 raise per member or somewhere in that neighborhood while the rest of us get $1200 to weather the storm.
Every one of them need to go and we just need to start over. Google is your friend. No Pay Raise

Every one of them need to go and we just need to start over. Google is your friend. No Pay RaiseThe wording in the bill is 25mil for salaries and other expenses. The fact check that claims this is not for raises is based on two congressmen telling them that it isn't for raises but other things. If you want to believe them, go ahead, but I know better. They got caught and now want to worm out of it.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

We are witnessing the death of the debt based paper dollar. The tide has gone out to sea before the tsunami. When these checks hit peoples hands the shelves will already be almost empty. The new digital currency will be rolled out very soon and our paper will be worthless. You better have something in your hands instead of a bank.
