a meme talking bout Walmart closing at nine, cheap gas and mullets being back in style saying we’ve time warped back into the 90s. It got me to thinking, growing up in small town Alabama things we’re a lot simpler back then and I won’t say worse. Alabamians have always complained about the rat race encroaching on our neck of the woods and now that it’s finally forced to slow down instead of enjoying it everyone wants it to start right back up. I personally haven’t thought about it that way till today but I kind of like it.

I grew up in the 70's-80's and know about doing without.
And I aint gonna lie, I kinda been embracing this whole social
distancing, stay at home slow pace of life.

The staying at home and social distancing would not be that bad to some if they could afford to live that way. But a lot of people cannot afford that.

Early to mid 80s with big hair wimmens with big teets!

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Not trying to argue your point bc their is some out there that can’t. But on the other hand there is a lot of people trying to live beyond their means... wanting a lot they don’t need
To be hustling and bustling to make ends meat to pay for... I say a lot of times I was born way after my time, for all this fast paced make money to buy toys kinda style of living..
Ain’t but 33 I think... would love to have seen the GOOD OL DAYS

I have to admit that the change of pace is nice if I let myself just relax a little, but I’ll also admit that it’s making me squirm. The uncertain future is making me a little anxious. If it were just my wife and I, I could embrace this downtime a little better. I have a 6 and 4 yr old at the house and that’s all I can think about right now.

I feel same...itll all be ok regardless tho...a lil change in living won't hurt, and my house is losing money we can't afford to lose also...i actually wish it was 1920 so I may be biased 😃
