WTH?? He had a permit for a Glock? My permit doesn't specify what kind of gun, just a handgun. Where was his unloaded gun? In his pocket? Waist band? Luggage? That's some poor news coverage!
. Yep, it didn't say where. It even mentioned he had the gun and ammo, but the ammo wasn't in the gun, then it came back and said that no he didn't have ammo. I’ve done it before. Gun has to be locked in a case with no ammunition and must be checked in, not in a carry on. Sounds like his mistake was trying to put it in a carry on bag instead of checking it in. Then he got in trouble for not having a New York permit. So I do believe it has a lot to do with the second amendment.
