Tried several but wings are the best so far. Did some frozen breaded shrimp that were pretty good.

I have mixed reviews on ours. I burned my sweet potato waffles fries and I’m mad at it right now. Lol. We have enjoyed ours. We've done everything from wings to fresh mozzarella sticks in ours.

We've done wings and they were awesome.....did them the same exact way I would on the grill: rub with equal parts Southern Flavor Charbroil Seasoning and Pilleteri's Original dry seasoning, then grill (or in this case, cook in the air fryer).

I do wings straight from the freezer. 385 for 22 minutes turning midway through Then put into a bowl to add whatever seasoning or sauce. Pour the liquid out of your air fryer bucket (this keeps them from being steamed as much and allows for a crispier outside.) Put the wings back in for 10 minutes turning halfway through.

Here's a question for you Air Fryer folks................we have one, one of the larger ones (don't recall the brand) but it smokes the kitchen up bad. In fact, if we do burgers in it (which are really good, btw), it smokes so bad that we have to open the windows in the kitchen with a fan blowing the smoke out, and close off all the doors into the kitchen, otherwise the ENTIRE HOUSE gets smoky.
I've even tried the trick of putting a little water in the bottom of the tub (just enough to cover the surface and keep the grease from dripping straight onto metal, but no luck....is this just part of using an air fryer or am I missing something?

I haven't had any issues when I put a little water in the bottom. But ours isn't big. We can do 3 at a time.

Gomer, I haven't done anything in it yet that has caused it to smoke. I hope we don't run into that problem

Instant brand 6 qtThis is the one we use. No complaints so far but with any of them I doubt I'm going to want to use it in the summer. They put out a lot of heat.
