First time to use the sous vide on a filet. Cooked it for an hour and half to 105 degrees then seared in cast iron skillet. I think I’m going to like this thing. https://i.imgur.com/sjOmVeJ.jpg

They were green peppercorns. Crushed dried black peppercorns on both sides of filet with some kosher salt.
