Load a Firestick, ram in your bullet, pop in a primer and shoot. It can be done in less than 20 seconds. Saw it in action last week. Big advantage. Federal (ammo) is working with lobbyists and/or others in state agencies now to gain approval. No reason to not approve them, especially if they let stuff like an air-powered "air bow" to be legal.
