Cop shoots handcuffed suspect inside squad car. My favorite quote involves death by inanimate object.

Just blows my mind how many times the evil gun just jumps up and bites somebody.

I thought I was pretty learned on IDing different drugs in my career through sight and/or smell but I admit that I have never smelled PCP before. Seen it and been around it, but never smelled it.

In most cases of officer involved shootings I can usually come up with a reasonable and justifiable possible explanation for an officer's actions. This one I can't.

Supposedly like a permanent marker but my guess is that won’t hold up in court.
