No.

I have leveled every one of my trucks I've had. And never had any issues. If there were front end wear I am guessing something wasn't installed correctly.

I love the rut. The woods are like a bunch of roided up meatheads fighting over a girl.

I have a question, I've had pickups for over 50 years and I've never had one that wasn't level, or needed to be leveled. What's the deal with putting a leveling kit on a truck that's already level? No comprende, amigo. Someone please explain to this old fart

Late model Tundra's , G.M's. and several others are lower on the front end than the rear by a couple of inches.

Maybe you haven't noticed, but virtually every 4wd pickup truck over the last 30yrs has come, from the factory, with the front end sitting noticeably lower than the rear. As emissions standards have gotten stricter, it's become more pronounced, in the name of fuel efficiency.

There’s not a truck manufactured today that sits even remotely level. Chevrolet has a little over 3” of rake from the factory. Leveling kits can bring that number way down which makes the truck look better and allows for larger tires.

It's a truck, put some cargo in the bed. Put 1000 lbs of fertilizer in the bed, it won't be lower in the front

I don't get the whole point of leveling. It doesn't give you any more ground clearance and reduces mileage. Is it just a boy racer looks thing?

It doesn't reduce mileage. I don't like the looks of a truck, or my 4Runner, with the nose diving in the ground and the rear end jacked up. Looks like a womans vehicle to me. Do you buy vehicles you don't like the looks of or do you buy stuff you like? What's the difference?

It gives better approach angle and the taller tires you run gives you more ground clearance. And looks 1000 times better!

Ive got an 18 Silverado and it looked like a grandpa truck before I leveled it and put some bigger tires on it,looks a 100 times better now,and I only had about 8-10” of ground clearance under the front bumper with the plastic piece under it, now I have way more with the level and tires

I figure Ford pays their engineers a lot of money to design trucks and I ain't going to pay some jackleg shade tree mechanic to screw it up.

Nothing wrong with Grandpa but I wouldn't wear grandpas leisure suit just because he liked it and grandpa wouldn't wear my under armour hoodie just because I like it. Different strokes and all.

So, you’ve never added any parts to your truck or car? No tool box? You run the same tires the engineers put on your vehicle the entire time you owned it?

Much of what manufacturers do with vehicles is driven by the need to meet government standards, not because they make a vehicle better.

Still think he's going to get more of a squat look lol. Like hogging said, the kit he listed is not a leveling kit, and he plans to only use the front portion

I know a GM engineer who disagrees with you. The reason for the factory stance/rake is for better mileage due to the path of airstream traveling under the truck. Believe it or not they pay attention to this when designing them. I would rather drive a truck a team of engineers designed that way than one that some shadetree mechanic altered with a spacer and different alignment but thats me. I always get 200,000 mi. out of my trucks driving them hard.
