Anyone have experience with burning mountains? Results?

We’re looking at some improvements and wondered what and who that would entail ?

I’ve burned some pretty steep ground. Topography in hills trumps wind direction every time. You do not want a flame burning uphill. You’ll get good results with a properly applied fire. It takes more planning, patience and time.

I've burned on top but never on the sides/slopes . Local State forester wanted to do a burn on the side but we never did. I'd contact your state forester . No way I'd do a burn on the mountain side without a pro forester , dozer and plenty of help.
