I will be looking to replant a several acres of cutover this fall and was looking for the best places to buy bare root and container trees. I would like to plant areas of longleaf and add areas of nut producing trees. I know of all of the nurseries that sell trees individually but am looking to buy in bulk.

ArborGen in Selma has hwd seedings but good luck getting any this year.

As far as Longleaf, Meeks in Georgia and Ifco I’m Georgia have good trees. Also PRT in atmore ha good seedlings

3 things that define what kind of person a man is: women, money, and deer

I planted about 2000 bare root loblollies in February of 2017. Paid a little over $200 for them. I bought a dibble bar and borrowed another one. Planted them with the help of a couple of teenage boys. It goes pretty fast. Here is the guy's info I bought them from:

I'm sure they sell Longleaf as well.

This is a picture of one from this winter (almost two years after planting). You can't tell it in the pic, but it's about shoulder height. Survival rate was really good. Only found a handful that didn't make it.
