What does the arrow look like? Doesn’t sound like he’s hit good

If no blood there's really no tracking. Do a grid search OR big circles and see what ya find. Sounds like ya hit low with the white hair found. After a week or so look/listen for birds Why is that? If it’s fatally hit, a good dog can find it without blood
If you want to always win, never play anyone better than you!

Don't buy into the it was white hair I must have hit low stuff. The hair can be white with a good hit as well. My son and I both shot at does earlier this year. At the spot where the deer was hit both had white hair. My deer was 10-15 yds away with blood everywhere. True but, the arrow did take white hair so, it can't be counted out. No one said it wasn't a good hit. In fact, without knowing if the shot was from a treestand or ground level, everyone's just guessing and going from past experience

Yep. I give up on it. Maybe he’s still walking around. Hopefully you covered a lot of ground in your search. Not sure if you use lighted nocks but, they make shots more clear most of the time. Sometimes you hit bone and it makes the arrow kick and confuses you though. First arrow into my bull this year appeared to hit back and low, it was actually a very good shot, the bone changed arrow angle and messed with my head.

A lot of times, when you shoot a deer with a bow there's no blood for 20-30 yards. The bucks reaction, sounds like a fatal hit to me. I've never had a reaction like that with a shot and not found the deer. the last deer i shot, i absolutely DRILLED - she was standing 10 steps from my tree ... no arrow, no blood, no nothing (at the impact site & nearby) -- and she bolted off, thankfully into a pasture ... i found her laying dead as a door nail 100 yards+ away from where i shot her ... it's amazing the will to live of a deer -- and equally how easy it is to lose a freakin' arrow LOL

Not for tracking the deer, but to find the dang arrow!

There’s actually a Bluetooth nock that came out a couple of years ago that would allow you to do that. Don’t think it caught on very well though. It was pretty pricey.
