This is what happens when you have a season like LSU just had. It's a testament to the program, not a knock on it. It's not like Auburn assistants who leave to go to lesser programs just to get away from the train wreck.
Do I think LSU will just reload the staff and keep winning at a high rate the way Alabama has done? No. I think LSU caught lightning in a bottle and will go back to being a tough out for everyone they play. I imagine they will still be a 9 or 10 win team the next couple years but that wasn't good enough when Saban was at LSU and it probably won't be good enough now. Unless Orgeron can cobble together another top notch staff I agree with whoever it was that said Coach O would be gone in 3 years. They still have a ton of talent on that roster, as always ,, and they aren't going to implode , in my opinion. It was a fun season to watch and it was made even more fun watching some delusional, fan bases lose their mind trying to minimize and tear it down.

At least 3 losses for LSU next year. They lose to:
Florida Alabama Auburn
and possibly:
Ole Miss Texas A&M
And Coach O will say. “Mumff grrr oghg blghmf LSU.”
“Killing tomorrow’s trophies today.”
On the distance I like to walk to my stands: “The first 100 yards is also the last 100 yards.”

This just highlights how good Saban is. He deals with this stuff every year and still makes it to the playoff and wins championships year after year. Dabo can claim the title when he loses a coordinator every year and still maintains.

Orgeron is not a great coach. Anyone can win when your QB completes 80% of his passes. Orgeron has Burrow in 2018 also, and he wasn’t all that great. Something changed and it wasn’t Orgeron getting better.
If Alabama beats them next year, it could take them 10 more tries to win again just like before. The thing that separates great coaches from the hot new coordinator who flames out after a couple of years is the ability to change and adapt. Orgeron knew after last year he needed a change in offensive philosophy to get the most out of his team. It worked and THAT'S coaching. Would Tua have been as successful if he was running the same offense Bama was running 10 years ago? Hell no, Satan adapts to get the most out of his players.
