Depends. If Bama still loses to Auburn, does LSU get in with a loss to a team that got beat by a 9-3 team? If Bama doesn’t lose to Auburn they are in the SEC championship instead of LSU. Look at LSU's resume'. It was a no brainer that they would be in regardless. Clemson lost to Syracuse or some really bad team as year or two ago and they still got in. Oklahoma lost to K State and got in. LSU would have taken their spot if it came down to it. The gauntlet LSU ran this season was unlike any that came before them.

The gauntlet LSU ran this season was unlike any that came before them. Yep. One of the greatest teams of the modern era. Maybe 1995 Nebraska and 2004 USC would be the only 2 teams that would have a claim to it other than this team.

If our running back doesn't step out of bounds, who knows. But congrats LSU! Now there is nothing to watch for a long while.  And if LSU didnt have two turn overs and a stopped on goal line stand. Coulda woulda shoulda. What AU fan not already watching the schools new gem.....basketball

As good as Burrow is, that kid sure does struggle with the play clock. Had to burn several timeouts to avoid a delay of game and they’ve gotten called for several And then looks pissed off when his coach has to call TO to prevent the penalty. Dr. B For 2 guys that like to act like they know football, these are the dumbest comments I've ever seen. The sideline was giving him checks and was taking to long to do so. That's why he was pissed. But the credit goes to Clemson for disguising the coverage and where the pressure was coming from.

That may be the best CFP team we’ve ever seen. That's exactly what I was saying in the General Forum. I was trying to think this morning about a team that has a better resume than this year's LSU team and it's hard to think who could have been better. When that game started and Clemson was doing some nifty stuff on defense to confuse and try to stop them, I thought, "Well... Maybe I read this game wrong." But they adjusted on both offense and defense and ended up dominating that game for the greater part. The beat quite a few borderline great teams this year. Those teams were just a few pieces from being great teams themselves.
