But I’ve been thinking about changing it up. I get that way sometimes. Accuracy and easy to maintain of course. I’m just out of the loop on the newest rifles out there.

I’ve thought about getting a TC or the Remington version but for a few days of hunting each year (that I really enjoy by the way), just don’t know that it would get used. I have a lot of confidence in the CVA.

Theyre worth what you pay for them but on my income I have to be patient. I’ve already done the tc and Lyman route and while they’re completely capable I would like to make something to pass down.

It is a long rifle. 46 inch barrel. The gun is 5 foot 2 inches long. 6 pounds 10 oz. I figure the colonial kit is about 4 foot 10 inches or 5 foot.
