Does the serial number start with L6450... If so, I will buy it.
Don't give up, don't ever give up!

My parents house was broken into in 1987 and we had several guns stolen. Four of the guns had a real sentimental value. My first shotgun I got for Christmas when I was 12 years old was a Remington 1100 and I sat in the woods so many hours with that gun that the serial number is stuck in my head. L645035V. I have no hopes of ever getting it back but I do check every pawn shop I go in to this day for any of the four guns. One was a restored Browning Light 12 that my grandad traded 2 deer dogs for, one was my dad's shotgun, and the fourth one was my deceased brother's gun. Way too long to think that I may actually find one of them but like Jim Valvano said, "Never give Up". I'm pretty sure I know who the original burglar was; all I'm trying to do is get any of the guns back. Would be more than happy to purchase them if they ever show up.
