Why would they give it back? They don't want it all back, just the balance minus the $15 for the baiting license

A friend of mine would like to know if they can get their money back from a baiting violation from years past? There's a 3 year statue of limitations  If the statue is made of stone it should last longer than three years

some violations won't show up from one county to another. If you search Jefferson Co a violation in Sumpter prolly won't show up.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

If I get a speeding ticket on a road and a couple years later they increase the speed limit I would not be entitled to the fine. At the point I was fined I broke the law.

Is there a easy/good way to confirm what and if a person was charged with a hunting violation? They never proved a thing I tell ya!!!
