Set up on an oak flat with bedding area 75 yards away. Hoping to catch one funneling through the neck of woods. 1st sit here all year, haven’t scouted so hoping there’s still some acorns on the ground. Good luck and stay safe.

Hunting Bankhead National Forest this morning. I’m hunt select cut hardwoods next to 2 year old cutover. I run some off walking in, but they didn’t snort. No wind and quiet this morning, but I know that’s going to change here shortly. The rut is on in this area. Good luck y’all.
It is hard to kill or catch anything sitting on the couch!
