LSU is stout. I can't believe OSU is as good as touted. Too much bias. I figure somehow if there's a way the talking heads can arrange it, LSU and Clemson will play each other in the first round.

Fur, did you watch OSU today or anytime in the last 2-3 weeks? They have different gears, Fields and the WRs are clicking, defense is stout and specialty teams are a constant threat.

I wasn't impressed with their Defense at all. LSU and Clemson would pick them apart. I don't think there is very much separating the top 3.

Not sure Ohio state is #1, but I believe they are setting it up for LSU to have to beat two undefeated teams to win it all. Biggest advantage LSU has I believe the championship is in Sugar Bowl this year if they can get by Clemson. #1 seed this year has a huge advantage because I think #4 will not be of the same caliber as 1,2,3.

If LSU stays at #2, they better worry about getting past Clemson. Tigers have quietly been pounding their competition since the close call against North Carolina.

Since I work all night Saturday nights I listen to ESPN radio and all the talking heads. The Iron Bowl didn't get much talk except to say that it helped clear up the Championship Series picture a bit by eliminating bammer. The biggest benefactor seems to be Utah. One of the guys said he knew he was going to take heat for it, but he said to his eye, Utah is the best team out there. Maybe he was just marketing the PAC 12 game but I fell for it. I will watch them play Oregon now. The game is next FRIDAY night BTW.

No ones giving Clemson respect, just like last year. Say what you want about their schedule they still haven't lost a game since January 1, 2018 and that was to an Alabama team that won the national title. Trevor Lawrence is one of the best QBs in college football and he is throwing to a talented group of Wide Receivers. Im not saying they will win it all but no team is just going to run over Clemson.

My money would be on Clemson. It is amazing they have been the best program in the country over the last three years and get no respect.

They don't get any respect because they don't play anybody. You know you are in a crap conference when your opponent in your conference championship game is unranked! The great thing for them is they get very few injuries during the season playing lightweights and are healthy at playoff time while the other teams are beat up with injuries from playing good teams. Factor in their coach crying all the time in interviews and there you have it.

Virginia is ranked 23. Its not their fault the ACC sucks. They played 2 SEC teams this year and won. The SEC is supposedly the superior conference. They have won their last 6 games byi at least 28 points. Im not sure what else people want. Oh well we'll see what happens in the next few months.

Well they have won two national championships in the last three years, 22 games in a row and only lost 4 games in the last five years. I'd say that makes them the best team in the country over the last three years at least.

Kind of like last year. How did that turn out? They're still good. Defense may not be quite as good as last year, but offense is better I'd say.

Georgia lost a couple of key players last week. Doesn't look good for them in Atlanta. I couldn't pick between OSU, LSU, and Clemson. I think they are all very closely matched. Should be a very good CFP to watch.
