go to the search pace and where the dates are clear the "newer" to blanks on both sides then go the "older" and put in 1 year and search a keyword. i did "chicken" and got results from 2016

Go to the 1st page in the forum you are viewing (in this case, the ALDEER Buffet forum)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
In the blue header section, you'll see Category Display Options
In the drop down menu next to Show From Previous, click ALL THREADS and CHANGE
I just changed mine and it goes all the way back to 2010
