I think this one might be a little tough to chew Run her through the cuber, turn meat 90* and run it through again. It will fry up just fine. I say 4.5 years.

I have read the oldest doe killed in Ala. was 19.5 and had a fawn the year she was killed. As per ear tags. That is a rough looking old girl right there.
Grandma said...Always keep a gun close at hand, you just never know when you might run across some varmint that needs killing...
