This is quite possibly one of the best things you have ever eaten for breakfast. She takes French bread, slices it and lays the first layer into a oiled casserole dish. Next she slices cream cheese into 1/4" slices and payers that on top of the bread slices. She then sprinkles the cheese with sugar and orange zest or lemon zest. Next she cubes up some of the French bread and piles that on top. She then dust the whole thing with cinnamon. Then she blends about 8 eggs with about 1.5 cups of milk and pours that over the whole thing. Then she covers it in aluminum bakes it at 350 for about 30 minutes before removing the foil and allowing it to brown on top. While that is cooking she combines: 1 stick butter 1 cup of brown sugar Let that caramelize for a little while on the stove top. Then add bourbon and a couple of sliced bananas and let that cook for a few more minutes.

I gained 3 pounds reading this. Looks awesome!
